AeroTech J340M-14A RMS-38/720 Reload Kit (1 Pack) - 103414

The AeroTech Reloadable Motor System RMS is an aluminum cased reusable motor in kit form that is assembled by the user. You will need AeroTech RMS-38720 motor hardware to build and complete the motor for many reliable flights. Motor hardware is available separately in a complete set, and also as individual parts. This motor requires installing a 38mm Forward Seal Disc during assembly. Important High Power RMS reload kits are not compatible with Mid Power RMS products. You will need to set the desired delay time using the 18-38mm Delay Drilling Tool (RDDT), Not Included. The 18-38mm Delay Drilling Tool (RDDT) is available in the AeroTech Accessories section of this website.

This RMS motor reload utilizes RCSs exclusive Metalstorm aerospace grade composite propellant formulation. Metalstorm is a sparky propellant, lights easily and produces a large brilliant white exhaust plume, a long yellow-orange dense spark trail, and plentiful white sparks that fan out in flight. As with all rocket motors using spark-generating propellants, special precautions must be taken to avoid fires around the launch pad by clearing the immediate area of all combustible materials in accordance with applicable fire and safety codes.

The AeroTech motor reload kit comes with 1 rocket motor reload. Reload kits include all internal motor components and FirstFire Initiators.

This is a High-Power motor requiring Level 3 High-Power certification through CAR, NAR or Tripoli to purchase.
